YES. EXCELLENCE can only be achieved when you practice disipline and dillegence.
Speaking of which, I am feeling fat ! Having Fatsall building up. I could feel the weight when i sit down on my tummy now. :( What's worse, my diet is getting worse. I remembered , for there consecutive thursdays, when i sleep late into the noon and attend Maths Lecture. I would Order A MCchicken EVM + A Double Cheeseburger. Gobbled them up like a Glutton who havent ate for a few days. Yes thats me now. Those people who are close to me wouldnt find it a surprise that i would eat so much too. Cup Noodles from Bang Deli, Kentucky Fried Chicken, cooking 2 packets of Sesame Oil Instant Noodles as early as 2am in the morning then bombard the toilet the next following morning.
I am really in need of more time, to use them for training. But Just so I know, I'm the World's Biggest Procrastinator. Self Training schedule pinned up on my noticeboard, notes written are just so useless when i digress ALOT. Okay, Jereld, You really need self discipline . ALOT. This whole post is just to rant about me , myself and I not having the self discipline for what peanuts are worth. Great, First Paper on Wed. I'm not yet fully prepared.

| | cheerful | ] | Last day of Lunar New year. Before it ends, i hope to wish everyone to be in Good health always & Niu Nian Xing Da Yun ! (: Time Flies ! I wonder how the next CNY would be spent. Shouldnt be much of a difference except for the following year when i would go visiting with a Bald Head ! HAHA !
Tutorials ,Tutorials & Tutorials. Then it would be doing the past year exam papers next ! YES. I've got my Exam Revision Agenda all planned out. First Paper on the 18th , Last Paper on the 27th. Its Dumb when they actually put a one week break between my 2nd paper and 3rd paper. Totally waste of time, if not we could have finished our papers way before 27th. Anyhow, its good in a way that we have more time to prepare ourselves! & i strongly believe that Practices Does Make Perfect ! Ugh, not really perfect, but it boosts the confidence level of attempting those questions with a 100% correct solution. Its my GEMS exam tomorrow. Just 1 more report to clear, & Another to be Presented. Then i can strike the Reports due section off for Year 2 ! (:
Stayover at Hongyi's house, Out to The Public Library to study & Cooping myself at home to study would be how i would be spending the next few weeks of Febuary before the Exams End. And to Make it a point to go training ! because i believe that ALL STUDY, NO TRAINING makes life a mundane one for me ! ALL THE BEST TO EVERYONE FOR THE UPCOMING FINAL YEAR EXAMS !

Okay Great. I've finally got my ITP placement result. Like after waiting for so long. This time , its not like i have a reason to skip school because i got someone to help me mark my attendance. Its serious shit now. For a whole whooping 1 and a half months and for that sum of peanuts salary. Oh well. whatever, i just want to get it over fast & done with. To Be a Good Employee, bring my logbook and reach on time everyday in proper Attire. Argh* Dreads. I've googled this company, although its some name that i 've never heard before, its an Engineering Consultant company. Google dont provide false information right. HAHA . I hope not. Well of course, i do hope to acquire some experience from this & to know more people. I dont want this 1 and a half month to go down the drain. HAHAHA OH XIN HUA, you're at dover & I'm at Redhill. So whats gonna be the plan? I got to leave house like 7.30am lah :(
Steamboat at Sarah's Place. For the First time i talked more than i ate. Surprisingly i only ate 1 plate of rice ( Sorry. Sarah , for not eating more than you expected me to ) Lots of Catching up & Gossips and Under table issues we talked about. Fruitful I must say ! Afterwhich, i ran home to get the car and sent all of them home. FOR THE FIRST TIME after 3 months of passing. More to come please ! (:

| i lost my limbs in the gym |

Today's GYM training was just hell. It was way back then when i actually experienced my muscles shivering on its own. Even doing the warm down, my triceps just shivered on its own. It all felt like i lost my limbs. 2 mins , 1 min, 30 seconds is really INSANITY. All the shrieks & screamings at the last 30 seconds of non stop muscle pumping , the pain and strain endured with the lactic acid building up simultaneously , the muscles and veins bulging up and shoulderpress station which we disliked most. We literally worked every part of our arm , back and shoulder muscles. I'm sure its all worth the pain ! and i'm sure, we'll all improve prospects of CANOE SPRINTING when we continue working hard ! As the wise saying, No Pain No Gain !

Thumbs up ! I must say i am proud of myself. For burning the midnight oil first time in the year 2009. & doing something productive without being distracted. I've completed the group report ! just lacking the diagram. On side notes, I've just 1 more project & 2 more labtests to go before i check in to Hongyi's house to settle down on my test papers. Pull Up That Freaking GPA . I hate the number 2 ! I've got my Ipod Touch+Powerful Speakers to keep me company ! And having a printer on my study table now is just so convinient.
Its 2.33am. & My stomch is growling again. Whats wrong with you !

TEAM, we’ve been training hard . but we’ve somehow forgotten what it feels like to be a TEAM. Having the last team photo taken at the RUKR 2008, POL-ITE. it somehow made me wonder, when would be the next one.
One day, i definitely hope, be it competition or gatherings, we’ll have a picture together to remind ourselves how close we were as a team, how bonded each of us were, how fruitful our canoeing careers were, & how we spent each day under the hot sun, at the reservoir , & being sun-kissed one by one.
ITP is round the corner, just right after the exams. day by day, i’m getting prepared for it. The One and a half month away from school and my classmates, & only coming to see the team and touch water during the weekends. The feeling definitely sucks. Ha
Digressing and Procrastinating have taken its toll on me.
My GPA still remains unchanged, as sucky as ever. I’ve yet to question myself , whether can i make it this year. With notes written , reminders posted, i hope i’ll make it . nevertheless, it’s inevitable if i start worrying about the team during lectures, and worrying about studies during training. Its always been such a routine in my life, such responsibilities. But , i’m gonna take it up all .
You guys are definitely doing great, i’ve never expected myself to reach a standard like you guys are at this period of time when i was in 2008. Deep down inside me, i still hope you guys could be a little open over issues with me. To be bold enough to ask me questions, to go into the clubhouse even i’m the only one there, to inform me and keep me updated. Many of times, i really want to know every single one of you better.Besides, motivating you guys to push hard during training, to teach verbally, encourage you during trainings, i really hope i could do something more than all these.
Although its an individual sport we are in now, and so much so that we have to push ourselves during training, each one of you play an important role in the sprinting team and you guys make a difference to it. Lets look forward to more changes , for the better . You , Me & them ! Win together, lose together ! & Like what Merv says, There's no holding back!
